Linda Schnierer founded the New Jersey offices of COMFORCE Staffing in 1985 in Paramus, New Jersey. Having researched the temporary staffing industry, Linda decided that staffing was an exciting business where she could combine her people skill talents with her desire to work in the fast-paced, growing industry. After learning all aspects of the business, she concentrated on sales and marketing and helped grow the company to where it is today. In addition, Linda is instrumental in the development of COMFORCE's five specialty staffing niches and the company's supplier diversity programs as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
A former opera singer and adjunct music professor at Bergen Community College, Linda also received a B.A. in music from Wheaton College and a M.S. in Voice from the Juilliard School of Music. Linda is a member of the Society of Human Resources and is involved with several community groups.
Mr. Sinclair is executive vice president of the franchised New Jersey COMFORCE offices headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey. Before joining the company in 1985, Mr. Sinclair was the Administrator for the New Jersey Division of the New York Blood Center. His other positions include: Training Manager with International Paper Company, Computer Sales Manager for Honeywell, and Program Director for the American Management Association. Mr. Sinclair holds a Masters Degree in Music and MBA in Management. He serves on the boards of local associations and is active in business and civic activities. As a pianist, Mr. Sinclair gave the world premiere of piano pieces for four hands broadcast over WBZ Radio in Boston. He is the former conductor of the Pascack Symphony Youth Orchestra. His concert career included recitals in New England and at the Lincoln Center Library in New York City.

Scott Schnierer is reponsible for developing the company's staffing of senior level positions in marketing, finance, and information technology. Scott attributes his positive track record to listening carefully to clients and focusing heavily on service quality. Additionally, Scott is the Director of Marketing for COMFORCE and is a contributing employment news cover story writer for The Record and The Herald News, New Jersey's second largest newspaper group. Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University. Mr. Schnierer is also an active board member for the New Jersey Staffing Association (NJSA).
